Once we have received your order you will receive an email confirming receipt and unless you require a specific date you will be sent an email on the day of dispatch. During the online ordering process you will be asked for any delivery instructions (i.e.) leave safe at home, to a neighbour, to work etc. We aim to keep to your required delivery date however if we cannot we will always email/phone you with a new date.
On most deliveries we will be able to give you a 1 hour time slot as to when your bait will arrive (sometimes not available on London post codes), simply phone our office on the day of delivery - tel - 01920 438338.
PLEASE NOTE: Courier rates as detailed below will be added to your order at the time of processing and will not show up on your email receipt from your online order but will appear on your packing note.

POST FREE DEALS: Additional bait ordered with post free deals will be charged at £0.35 per kilo extra (i.e) a 10kg post free deal + 10kg of other pellets = £3.50 extra carriage cost.
UK ISLANDS & OVERSEAS RATES: (based on 25kg items). Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey £23.00 (2 days) : Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany £23.00 (2-3 days) – Freezer baits & prepared particles can be sent to these countries + any other baits.
Denmark and Austria: £24.00 (3 days)
Italy, Spain, Czech Republic: £25.00 (3-4 days)
Sweden, Poland, Hungary. Portugal:£30 (3-4 days)

POST FREE DEALS FOR OVERSEAS: There is a surcharge on all post free deals sent overseas. This will match the overseas courier rates less the price of the postage for UK mainland rates (i.e.) the surcharge on a 20kg bulk deal to France would be £12.75
POSTAL RATES: Pop Ups £1.75 for the first pack & £1 per pack thereafter (max 4 per Jiffy Bag)
Pop ups sent in the post are sent in plastic bags within jiffy bags as the pop up tubs do not fit through most letter boxes.
